Training plans the client opens with a PIN
The trainer builds the gym's own catalogue and hands out one plan per client; each one logs their weights from the phone with nothing to install.
The challenge
Plans lived in spreadsheets and went out as PDFs: changing one set meant resending everything, the client trained on an old version, and nobody knew what weight they had actually moved. Asking them to install an app and create an account lost half of them at the door.
The solution
We built a product where the plan lives on the server and the client gets in with a link and a PIN — nothing to install, no sign-up. The trainer edits it and the change is there; the weights the client logs on the floor come back as progress.

What we delivered
- 01
The gym's own catalogue of machines and exercises with photos and target muscles, or imported from the brand catalogue.
- 02
Plans per client with days, sets, reps and rest, duplicable so no plan starts from scratch.
- 03
Equivalent exercises: if a machine is taken, the client swaps for one in the same group without calling the trainer.
- 04
A PIN link per client: they get in from the phone with nothing to install, no account and no password to remember.
- 05
White label: every plan carries the gym's name and logo, with colour templates that hold their contrast.
- 06
Progress built from what the client logs — streak, volume, records and the curve of each exercise — plus public QR plans and a mobile app on the Pro plan.
